Flowing resolution n 2008/94 of the ARABOSAI Governing Board (GB) at its 41st meeting, The Institutional Capacity Building Committee was formed by the following SAIs: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Morocco, Egypt, Qatar, Yemen, and the Secretariat. The Committee was reconstituted at the 48th meeting of the GB as follows: Kuwait, Morocco, Yemen (re-elected), Palestine was elected for the first time while Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt continued their membership. The Committee was chaired by the representative of the Kuwaiti SAI. The SAI of Morocco representative was the Deputy Chairman.

The Committee was reconstituted also at the 53rd meeting of the GB as follows: Kuwait, Morocco, Yemen, Palestine, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. The Committee is currently chaired by the representative of the Kuwaiti SAI. The representative of the SAI of Morocco is the Deputy Chairman.

The institutional CBC reporter is the representative of the Secretariat.
